The Role As a Corporate Recruiter at Hazel Health, you will report to the Director of Talent Acquisition and be responsible for managing multiple job requisitions across various stages of the recruiting process. You will work closely with Hiring Managers to craft detailed job descriptions, develop interview plans, and facilitate the candidate evaluation process. Your goal will be to deliver an exceptional candidate experience, exceed Hiring Manager expectations, and drive business results through data-driven recruitment strategies. Key Responsibilities Source high-quality candidates from job boards, team referrals, and other creative channels to build a diverse and talented pipeline. Conduct first-round screenings with a discerning eye, assessing candidates' knowledge, skills, and experience to ensure a smooth and efficient pipeline. Collaborate with Hiring Managers to craft detailed job descriptions and hiring criteria that align with business objectives. Develop interview plans that include identifying interviewers, crafting interview themes, formulating insightful questions, and defining evaluation criteria. Provide proactive guidance to Hiring Managers and interviewers on hiring decisions and best practices. Manage the offer approval process with precision, ensuring all details are spot on and negotiations are handled effectively. Organize and manage the reference process for all candidates with thoroughness and attention to detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Strong organizational skills enabling you to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively. Exceptional interpersonal skills with a proven track record of delivering a positive candidate and hiring manager experiences. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment. Familiarity with healthcare or education industry. Certifications in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
