Job Summary We're seeking an experienced professional to manage and deliver multiple fast-paced IT projects simultaneously, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies. As a project manager, you'll oversee all aspects of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of our stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Project Planning and Coordination: Plan, direct, and coordinate activities for multiple projects, utilizing Agile/Scrum methodologies, and ensure that projects are aligned with business objectives. Project Vision and Standards: Design and maintain project vision, working standards, and agreements, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Project Roadmap and Resource Allocation: Develop project roadmaps, release plans, resource allocation plans, and funding requests, and ensure that all stakeholders are informed and aligned. Project Scope and Budget Management: Manage project scope, budget, and project burn charts, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. Agile Methodology Implementation: Implement Agile methodology using Rally and Planview tools, and facilitate Agile meetings, including daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, and retrospective sessions. Project Status Tracking and Communication: Track, update, and communicate project status to stakeholders, including project progress, budget/cost, resource utilization, change requests, issues, and risk mitigation plans. Stakeholder Management: Interface with project stakeholders at all levels of management to ensure that project priorities are aligned with business needs and expectations. Mentorship and Coaching: Mentor and coach Agile teams to ensure their adoption and successful use of Agile @ American practices. Business Analysis: Use business analysis techniques for gathering and documenting complex requirements, scoping, interviewing, facilitation, system component design, testing, and implementation. Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration. Progressive Experience: At least 3 years of progressive, broad-based information systems and business experience. Project Management Experience: At least 3 years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies. Preferred Qualifications: Agile Methodologies: Experience with Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. IT Service Management: Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL. Cloud Computing: Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as AWS or Azure. Skills and Competencies Excellent Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Agile Methodologies: Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban. Business Analysis: Strong business analysis skills, with the ability to gather and document complex requirements. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
