About the Opportunity This is a temporary, remote opportunity focused on providing chief preparation experience to 14 CFR Section 121 Certified Air Transporter pilots in Flight Preparation for Delta Carriers or external DPS clients. As a Pilot Instructor, you will play a critical role in shaping the next generation of aviation professionals. Responsibilities and Requirements As a Pilot Instructor, you will be responsible for: Coordinating and supporting Armada Normal Projects for all Hoist DCLC (Delta Skipper Administration Course) and Pilot Inculcation. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and instructor teams. Delivering high-quality training and leading meaningful, interactive discussions. Utilizing technology, including MS PowerPoint and digital reports/manuals, to facilitate training. Demonstrating excellent communication and listening skills. Prioritizing safety and security, and embracing a diverse set of individuals, thinking, and styles. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you must: Possess a high school diploma, GED, or secondary school equivalency. Be at least 18 years old and have authorization to work in the US. Hold a Carrier Transport Pilot Endorsement with Airplane Multiengine Land Class. Have previous experience as a pilot at a 14 CFR Section 121 Certified Air Transporter. Have accumulated at least 2,000 hours as Pilot in Command at a 14 CFR Section 121 Certified Air Transporter. Be familiar with technology, including Macintosh iPad tablet, MS PowerPoint, and email. Preferred Qualifications To give you a competitive edge, we prefer candidates with: Past experience as a pilot test program check pilot at a 14 CFR Section 121 Certified Air Transporter. Past experience as a line check pilot at a 14 CFR Section 121 Certified Air Transporter. Airplane Type Rating in aircraft operated by Delta Aircraft.
