The Heartbeat Tech team drives the development of our end customer app, helping users understand how they generate, store, and consume energy in their homes. You’ll get hands-on experience working at the intersection of software, hardware, and clean energy — and help build the tools that empower thousands of households across Europe. Deine PositionJoin our Heartbeat Tech team and help shape the digital experience of thousands of end customers using our energy management app. As a Working Student in Product Management, you will support our Head of Product in building features that empower users to track, understand, and optimize their home energy systems – from solar to storage and beyond. Support user and market research by gathering feedback, analyzing trends, and helping with competitor benchmarksAssist with writing and maintaining product documentation, feature specs, and internal knowledge pagesHelp prepare presentations and slides for internal and external stakeholdersCollaborate with our Head of Product and your team to refine user stories, tickets, and acceptance criteriaMaintain the product backlog in Linear and support sprint planning, refinements, and stand-upsPull usage data from analytics tools (e.g. Looker) and help set up basic dashboards or reportsCoordinate with design, engineering, and other teams to align on product initiatives and user researchHelp test new features, track bugs, and gather structured feedback from internal testersDein ProfilThe successful candidate will have:You are currently enrolled at a university and can work up to 20 hours per weekYou are studying a relevant subject (e.g. Business, Computer Science, Design, Energy, or similar)You have strong communication skills and enjoy working with diverse teamsYou are confident in English (our company language); German is a plusYou work proactively, are curious to learn, and bring a hands-on mindsetYou have experience with tools like Google Suite, Notion, Linear, Looker or project management tools — or are eager to learnYou want to make an impact and contribute to one of Europe’s most exciting climate tech companiesBenefitsYou are part of a dynamic team with people who prove every day that they can make things happen and move companies forward with great positive impactYou move in flat hierarchies and have short decision-making paths.
