About the Role As a Customer Service Representative - Telecommunications Core Credit, you will be the primary point of contact for our major US mobile wireless carrier clients. Your role will involve handling incoming customer service calls related to credit applications or approvals, providing expert assistance, and resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. You will be an integral part of our team, working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong communication skills, technical knowledge, and a customer-centric approach. Listen to customers to understand their concerns, build rapport, and provide personalized solutions to meet their needs. Utilize knowledge of basic accounting principles and credit standards to make informed decisions and provide accurate information to customers. Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy, ensuring efficient resolution of customer issues. Demonstrate good judgment and make ethical, sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Work efficiently, focusing on quality standards and utilizing resources and tools to achieve exceptional customer outcomes. Maintain a high level of productivity, meeting or exceeding performance metrics and standards. Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and processes. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must possess a combination of skills, knowledge, and experience that align with our company's values and requirements. The ideal candidate will have: Essential Qualifications: A High School Diploma or GED. At least 6 months of customer service experience in a similar role or in a customer-facing retail, hospitality, or professional environment. Strong computer proficiency, typing skills, and overall technical knowledge. Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) with schedule flexibility to include working weekend days, evenings, or holidays as schedules dictate. Willingness to authorize and pass a criminal background check, education, and employment verification. Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a call center or customer service environment. Knowledge of credit standards, credit scoring, and financial principles. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
