The ideal candidate will have a robust background in building and maintaining highly reliable, scalable systems with strong cloud security expertise. This role will focus on ensuring the reliability, performance, and availability of our Azure infrastructure while implementing SRE best practices. You will champion reliability engineering principles, drive automation initiatives, and build robust observability solutions to maintain world-class uptime and performance. ResponsibilitiesReliability Engineering: Design and manage scalable, highly available Azure infrastructure. Define and track SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets. Build self-healing systems and implement chaos engineering practices. Observability and Monitoring: Design observability solutions (logging, tracing, metrics, alerting). Monitor and troubleshoot production systems. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure reliability. Infrastructure as Code and Automation: Own and implement IaC practices using Terraform and Azure DevOps. Develop automation to eliminate toil and improve operational efficiency. Performance and Capacity Management: Conduct performance analysis and capacity planning. Implement auto-scaling and resource optimization strategies. Security and Compliance: Implement security measures and best practices for Azure resources. Integrate security controls into CI/CD pipelines. Maintain cloud security posture. Incident Management: Lead incident response and conduct blameless post-mortems. Develop runbooks and automated remediation workflows. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with engineers across different time zones. Partner with development teams to establish SRE practices. Mentorship: Mentor team members on infrastructure management and reliability engineering. Champion SRE culture across the organization. Requirements8+ years in SRE, DevOps, or cloud infrastructure roles, with significant Azure experienceKnowledge in . NET framework and .
