Job Summary We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our Aetna Customer Support team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will work from home and provide exceptional support to our customers via inbound calls. You will answer questions about pharmacy benefits, medication coverage, and mail-order solutions, and provide solutions to help our customers better understand their coverage and options.
