As a remote worker, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, and we are currently seeking candidates resident in the states of Florida or Texas. About the Role The main focus of this role is to be an efficient and productive member of our customer service team, dealing with all customer service-related inquiries via chat. You will be the front face of our company, providing excellent and knowledgeable customer service to our customers. Your tasks will include responding to product inquiries, shipping damage claims, order status updates, vendor communications, pricing calculations, and more. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via chat in a timely and professional manner Provide excellent customer service, resolving issues and answering questions to the best of your ability Communicate with customers regarding product information, shipping, and order status Collaborate with internal teams, such as sales and design, to resolve customer issues Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction Who Are We Looking For?
