About the role: During your apprenticeship within our Head Office branch in Gloucester, you will be part of the People Services Team, your main duties will be supporting the team with all People Services and HR queries; answering the phones, responding to emails, responding to service now tickets raised by the business and any other general administration office work required from you by the Team Leader. This Apprenticeship could be tailored towards all round Business Support or a HR Pathway. Accountabilities: Dealing with HR Queries Answering phones to the business.
