Job Overview As an Associate Manager at Starbucks, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our marketing campaigns and programs. You will work closely with the Loyalty and Starbucks Rewards teams to support program management and project management, leveraging your project management skills to deliver results through cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities Act as project management support for loyalty and Starbucks Rewards campaigns, working with cross-functional teams to drive digital creative workstreams across channels. Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and exceptional results. Develop and drive project schedules and progress to ensure that expected outcomes are met on time. Identify and mitigate challenges, escalating risks when necessary to ensure successful project outcomes. Analyze the underlying elements, processes, and drivers of assigned programs to offer value-added counsel on overall marketing strategy and production/execution. Drive projects through uncertainty, taking initiative to clear a path forward when next steps are not always clear. Build and manage strong business relationships across diverse teams to support seamless execution of campaign work and improve processes to meet or exceed Starbucks standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to track success metrics and program performance measures to evaluate program effectiveness and inform future initiatives. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. Experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or related field. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and uncertainty.
