As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for performing mechanical services on cold drink equipment, ensuring that our products are delivered to customers in perfect condition. Key Responsibilities Perform mechanical services on cold drink equipment, including preventative maintenance, to ensure optimal performance and efficiency. Keep all equipment in proper operating condition, adhering to company standards and best practices. Maintain positive customer relationships, providing excellent service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare equipment in accordance with company standards, ensuring that all necessary checks and tests are completed. Ensure that the vehicle is equipped with the necessary parts inventory, ordering new supplies as needed to maintain optimal levels. Maintain a clean and safe work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations and guidelines. Complete required paperwork, including work tickets, parts lists, and other documentation, in a timely and accurate manner. Perform other projects or duties as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or degree in a related field (e.g., mechanical engineering, HVAC) preferred. At least 2 years of experience in a field technician or equipment services role, preferably in the beverage industry. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues. Valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to operate a company vehicle safely and efficiently. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent bending, stooping, and standing. Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we're looking for candidates with the following preferred qualifications: Experience with cold drink equipment, including soda fountain machines and ice machines. Knowledge of mechanical systems and components, including pumps, motors, and valves. Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, diagrams, and blueprints. Experience with inventory management and parts ordering. Certification in a related field, such as OSHA or EPA.
