Job Overview: Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Representative We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Auto Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for quoting and closing insurance policies for inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound warm leads received via phone and digital submission from Spanish and English speaking prospects, providing personalized support and guidance throughout the sales process. Conduct needs assessments to identify customer requirements and recommend tailored insurance solutions that meet their unique needs. Ensure a seamless customer experience by guiding customers through the sales process, including coverage options, policy terms, and pricing, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have. Close sales by effectively addressing objections and leveraging your knowledge of our products and services to maximize customer value. Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products across the Mindr Co. family of brands, enhancing customer relationships and driving revenue growth. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, consistently demonstrating your ability to drive results and achieve success in a fast-paced sales environment. Utilize our cutting-edge technology systems, including quoting software, agency management software, and payment software, to streamline sales processes and improve customer interactions. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system, ensuring data integrity and informing future sales strategies. Collaborate with leadership, team members, and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, fostering a culture of teamwork and continuous improvement. Work Schedule and Requirements The successful candidate will be required to work a schedule of Monday-Friday 11am-7:30pm or 12pm-8:30pm Central Time, with one Saturday every 3 months. You must be available to work remotely and have a dedicated workspace that meets our technology and security requirements. Essential Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field is an asset. Active, unrestricted Resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance producer license required. Ability to obtain an unrestricted Non-resident Property & Casualty or Personal Lines license in California (if not CA resident) within 45 days of hire. 1 or more years of experience in inbound sales or a similar commission-based sales position, with a proven track record of success. Attention to detail, strong follow-through, and ability to think on your feet in a fast-paced sales environment. Strong typing skills and PC proficiency, with experience using CRM software and other sales tools. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both Spanish and English. Bilingual Spanish/English required; additional languages are an asset. Preferred Qualifications: 2 or more years of experience in auto insurance sales or a related field, with a deep understanding of insurance products and services. Proven experience working in a remote sales environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively. Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to drive results and achieve success. Experience using sales software and technology, including CRM systems and quoting tools.
