Role Overview:We’re looking for a motivated and strategic Account Executive to join our client’s team and lead client growth across a defined U. S. territory. You will play a critical role in expanding existing accounts, building new partnerships, and acting as a trusted advisor to healthcare leaders as they undertake transformation initiatives powered by Epic. This is a high-impact role for someone who is driven, relationship-oriented, and ready to shape the future of healthcare consulting. Responsibilities- Manage and grow relationships with healthcare clients (health systems, ACOs, MCOs, health plans).- Serve as the main point of contact for C-level and operational stakeholders.- Drive regional growth by developing new business and expanding existing accounts.- Lead RFP responses, proposals, and represent the company at industry events.- Maintain accurate CRM records and collaborate with internal teams for seamless delivery.- Stay current on industry trends and Epic system updates to support client needs proactively. Required Skills & Experience:- 5+ years of experience in healthcare IT consultative sales or strategic account management.- Familiarity with Epic applications (Tapestry, Healthy Planet, Payer Suite) or proven ability to learn complex systems.- Experience working with healthcare transformation, consolidation, or large-scale implementations.- Strong understanding of payer/provider models, value-based care, and risk-based arrangements.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.- Self-starter with a growth mindset and strong organizational skills. Nice-to-Have:- Experience in or with Epic consulting, support, or implementation.- Background in working with delegated risk entities or population health initiatives.- Deep regional healthcare network (East or West U. S. regions).- Prior experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or similar).
