We are now seeking an experienced and dedicated Executive Assistant to join our Human Resources department, playing a vital role in supporting our HR team and ensuring the smooth operation of our department. About the Role As the Executive Assistant in the Human Resources department, you will be the backbone of our HR team, providing administrative support, managing critical tasks, and ensuring the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence. Recruitment Assistance: Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews to ensure a seamless hiring process. Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. Confidentiality and Discretion: Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, maintaining the highest level of integrity and confidentiality. HR Projects and Initiatives: Assist with HR projects and initiatives as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to take on new challenges. HR Policy Compliance: Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, staying up-to-date with changing regulations and best practices. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications: Minimum 3 Years of Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in an HR setting, is required. Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels. Strong Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and time-management abilities are critical, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Confidentiality and Discretion: You must be able to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: HR Certification: Certification in HR, such as SHRM-CP or HRCI, is a plus. Experience in a Non-Profit Setting: Experience working in a non-profit or community organization is desirable.
