The Role: Customer Success Manager - Deel IT As the face and voice of Deel for our clients, both internally and externally, you will be responsible for building genuine and durable customer relationships while converting those relationships into opportunities for long-term revenue growth. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, providing strategic guidance on operational and product-related issues, and champion new products and capabilities to facilitate the expansion of each client’s business with Deel. Key Responsibilities: Accounts Management: Oversee a high volume of small spend accounts in either our SMB/MM or ENT segments, ensuring high-quality customer experiences and identifying opportunities for growth. Risk Identification: Proactively identify and flag risks that could lead to customer churn, developing strategies to mitigate these risks. Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with clients by understanding their pain points, providing tailored solutions, and recognizing opportunities for revenue generation. Voice of the Customer: Collect product and operational feedback from clients and share it with relevant internal stakeholders to drive product improvements and operational efficiencies. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely responses and completion of customer requests, driving adoption of platform features that enhance customer experience and retention. Requirements: The Ideal Candidate You are a passionate business builder with a history of elite performance, preferably with previous Customer Success experience or advisory roles such as consulting. You have a strong desire to be in the technology space and are adept at building relationships, remaining calm under pressure, and celebrating partners’ successes. Essential Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in Customer Success or related fields. A track record of achieving quantifiable business impact and assuming significant responsibilities. Strong analytical foundation with the ability to manipulate and synthesize data into actionable recommendations. A reliable, motivated self-starter with a growth mentality, thriving in fast-paced environments and high levels of responsibility. Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in the technology sector or a related field. A history of working with data to drive insights and business decisions. Experience with cross-functional project management and stakeholder engagement.
