Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and experienced Executive Recruiter to join our ambitious team. As a Full-Desk Executive Recruiter, you will be responsible for independently managing a robust pipeline of clients and candidates, driving new business development, and delivering exceptional recruitment services. Key Responsibilities Independently manage a 'Full-Desk': Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of clients and candidates, ensuring a consistent flow of new business opportunities and high-quality candidates. Business Development: Actively pursue and secure new business opportunities, contributing significantly to the company's expansion and growth. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing: Collaborate effectively with other team members, sharing knowledge and best practices to deliver optimal results and drive business growth. Data Management: Regularly record and document all activity in the ATS/CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and comprehensiveness. Candidate Sourcing: Conduct candidate sourcing, including headhunting, job posting, and database mining, to identify high-quality candidates. Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. Candidate Screening and Interviews: Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews, effectively assessing and matching candidate skills to client needs. Negotiation and Communication: Negotiate terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and job responsibilities, and provide regular updates to clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Essential Qualifications Demonstrated Success: A minimum of 3 years of successful recruitment experience on a direct-hire, contingent, and/or retained basis. Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to drive business growth and manage client relationships. Time Management and Organizational Abilities: Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and nurture relationships with both candidates and clients. Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey information and expectations. Leadership Qualities: Strong leadership qualities, with an emphasis on accountability, initiative, and an independent work ethic. Preferred Qualifications Recruitment Industry Certifications: Industry-recognized recruitment certifications, such as Certified Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) or Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) Certified Professional. Executive Recruitment Experience: Experience in executive recruitment, with a focus on C-level or senior leadership placements. Proven Track Record: A proven track record of success in driving business growth and delivering exceptional recruitment services.
