Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills: Required: Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or a related field. Valid New Hampshire teaching license with an endorsement in ESL/ELL (or equivalent). Minimum 1+ years of special education experience, with a focus on working with multilingual learners or culturally diverse populations. Preferred: Master's degree in TESOL, Education, or a related area, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Proficiency in a second language, allowing you to connect with students from diverse linguistic backgrounds. Familiarity with WIDA standards and assessments, as well as experience with differentiated instruction and culturally responsive teaching practices.
