About The RoleAs a member of the Talent Acquisition Team, you will bring your passion and experience to help us build deep talent pipelines and identify great candidates across the organization, particularly focusing on our Digital Marketing teams in Paid Media, SEO, Demand Generation and Programmatic. You are meticulous, creative, and innovative in ways to help us be our best. You understand both the art and science of acquiring great talent, focused on incredible candidate and hiring manager experiences, ultimately finding the most remarkable performance marketing talent in the world. You are focused on creating a community of diverse marketers that exceed Directive's objectives while remembering that the best work comes from professionals who enjoy working together. You will report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition and work remotely. We primarily collaborate with our colleagues through virtual meetings (Zoom), and Slack. In this role, you will be required to operate a laptop computer (PC or Mac available), computer software platforms, and other office productivity tools as necessary.
