Job Summary We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a remote, part/full-time basis. As a key member of our data entry team, you'll be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data management processes. Key Responsibilities Lead a team through the ideation, technical development, and launch of progressive data entry products. Force product improvement with a group of global-excellence engineers and designers. Attract, build, manipulate, and expand a skilled, diverse, equitable, and inclusive team of data entry specialists and product leaders. Set up shared vision across the agency by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution. Combine usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to decorate user pride. Define and examine metrics that inform the fulfillment of products. Understand Meta's strategic and competitive role and deliver products that are identified great within the industry. Maximize efficiency in a continuously evolving environment where the method is fluid and innovative solutions are the norm. Minimal Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data entry and/or data management. 3+ years of experience operating collaboratively with engineering, design, and consumer research groups. Crucial thinking/analytical management experience. Experience imparting to senior government audiences. 3+ years of experience hiring, handling, and growing both junior individuals and senior leaders. BA/BS in Computer Science or related field. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a customer-centered generation business enterprise. Experience building 0-1 products, platform/environment products, or marketplaces.
