Working Hours: 4pm to 2amResponsibilitiesThis role will serve as a frontline supervisor providing team leadership and functional expertise:Direct management of sanitors and leadsCapability management & organizing trainingDocumentation verification and enforcementSkill auditing and job sampling with leadsSelf inspection programPEM execution, plus PEM and annual validation managementScheduling with MX and SCO TeamsPest control program, inventory control managementConducts performance coaching, provides individual feedback, and issues corrective actionMakes daily decisions impacting the businessHandles all team performance and personnel issuesManages time and payroll systemsCompensation & Benefits:The expected compensation range for this position is between $53,600 - $80,450. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
