About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Part-Time Data Entry Specialist to join our team in the Wealth and Investment Management division. As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our clients with their financial needs and providing exceptional customer service. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Key Responsibilities * Work in a contact center environment to support financial products and services * Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and provide suggestions to resolve internal and external client issues * Perform moderately complex customer care tasks * Manage risk by following all policies and procedures and staying up-to-date with changes to them * Advocate for advanced services such as online delivery of statements and other documents, online signature capture, and other digital opportunities * Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve client issues and provide a seamless customer experience Essential Qualifications * 2+ years of customer service, financial services, or contact center experience, or equivalent demonstrated through a combination of work experience, training, military experience, or education * Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills * Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows and applications, and use search tools to find information * Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners and clients/customers * Basic Microsoft Office skills * Ability to troubleshoot common computer issues * Ability to analyze and implement digital enhancements to provide a better customer experience * Business industry experience * Knowledge of investment terminology * Contact center experience * A BS/BA degree or higher Preferred Qualifications * Experience handling complex transactions and performing in-depth analysis to resolve complex client requests * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects * Experience with digital platforms and tools * Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Work Environment and Culture * The starting date for this role is October 23, 2023 * Ability to work at the specified location below * Migration assistance is not available for this position * We Value Diversity * At Wells Fargo, we believe in diversity, inclusion, and respect in the workplace; we also invite applications from every qualified candidate, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, national origin, religion, age, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, pregnancy, marital status, veteran status, or other status protected by applicable law.
