• * Job Opening: Scheduling & Compliance Coordinator (Remote – Evening Shift) Location: Virtual (Company based in Seattle, WA, USA) Hours: 30+ hours/week | Mon–Sun | 5/6:00 PM – 10:30 PM PST • * About Us We are a fast-growing healthcare staffing company based in Seattle, Washington. Our mission is to deliver reliable staffing solutions across the U. S. We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Scheduling & Compliance Coordinator to join our remote team. This is a dual-role position focused on staff scheduling and compliance tracking. This is a long-term position, please think carefully before applying - minimum commitment: 1 year. • * Role Summary In this position, you will support our Account Director with scheduling and compliance-related administrative tasks. You will be responsible for entering shifts into our scheduling system (Stafferlink), communicating with healthcare staff and clients via email, and maintaining accurate documentation to ensure employee compliance with all required certifications. • * Key Responsibilities - Input and manage staff schedules using Stafferlink - Send and respond to email communications with employees and clients - Conduct routine audits to track expiring or missing documentation (90-day, 60-day, monthly, and weekly checks) - Add new employee to internal systems - Maintain organized records of employee certifications and compliance documents - Support general administrative duties related to staffing and scheduling - Collaborate virtually with a supportive and fun operations team • * Requirements - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent spoken and written English communication - Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and familiarity with light business applications - Preferred: Familiarity with common (healthcare) documents such as driver’s licenses, TB questionnaires, CPR cards, professional licenses, and background check portals (training available if needed) - Ability to work independently during evening hours (5:00 PM – 10:30 PM PST) - Previous experience in healthcare staffing, scheduling, or compliance is a plus • * What We Offer - A supportive and fun virtual team environment - Opportunity for long-term career growth and pay increases - Flexible opportunity to take on additional hours based on performance and availability - Stability with a minimum one-year commitment expected Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
