Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of designers, writers, and other creative professionals to deliver high-quality work. Quality Control: Ensure all creative output meets brand standards and maintains high-quality design principles. This includes reviewing and providing feedback on creative work, ensuring consistency across all brand channels. Essential Qualifications: Experience: 5+ years of experience in a creative role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. A proven track record of developing and executing successful creative strategies that drive business results. Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across various mediums (digital, print, video, etc.). Examples of successful creative campaigns, including concept development, execution, and results. Skills: Proficient in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.). Familiar with emerging technologies and trends, including AI, AR, and VR. Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, timelines, and resource allocation. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a creative team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Experience with performance management, including goal setting, feedback, and evaluation. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and persuasively. Experience with client communication, including presenting creative concepts and providing project updates. Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Experience: Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment. Familiarity with agile project management methodologies. Skills: Experience with data analysis and interpretation, including using data to inform creative decisions. Familiarity with brand management software, including project management tools and creative asset management systems.
