Porter (Medford) - C & R Management Group LLC - Medford, OR - work from home job Company: C & R Management Group LLC Job description: Commercial and Residential Management Group is looking for a Porter with amazing attention to detail and a team player attitude to clean, pick up, and otherwise keep things looking beautiful at our apartment community in Medford, OR. Amenities at the property consist of a pool and playground. You will be responsible for the day-to-day upkeep and cleanliness of the buildings, landscaping, amenities, parking lot, trash areas, light bulbs, etc. as directed by the Property Manager and the Maintenance Supervisor. We would love to hear what you might bring to this role. Location: Medford, OR Hourly Rate: $18.00/hr.
