Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to lead our efforts in building and developing internal business processes, driving supply chain-wide collections of Greenhouse Gas inventory, and constructing new tools and platforms to support our environmental goals. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with cross-functional teams to drive results. This is a remote-based position, and we offer a competitive salary range of $122,300 to $184,600, depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Key Responsibilities Build and develop internal business processes to enable programmatic scale and efficiency Drive and lead efforts in annual supply chain-wide collection of Greenhouse Gas inventory, the construction of new tools/platforms, and annual reporting/compliance requirements Develop the tools needed to build supply chain capacity to address GHG emission profiles and options for reducing carbon footprints Partner closely with cross-functional Apple teams, including supplier development, data and systems, and Environment+Policy Build consensus among internal and external stakeholders in support of new, innovative tools and system development Clearly communicate to non-technical or non-environmental audiences Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field 3+ years of relevant experience in project management or a related field Preferred Qualifications We are looking for candidates who are passionate about scaling environmental solutions for the global industrial sector and have: Extraordinary program and project management experience, with the ability to run and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to influence and communicate technical information in a concise way to a non-technical audience A curious and adaptable mindset, with the ability to learn quickly and navigate complex sectors A self-motivated and proactive approach, with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities A broad understanding of various renewable energy technologies, including engineering, economic, and policy factors An Advanced degree in project management or management science, with 3+ years of professional experience, is a plus A willingness to travel 5-10% internationally as needed Skills and Competencies The successful candidate will have: Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders A strong understanding of environmental sustainability and renewable energy technologies Ability to think critically and creatively, with a solutions-focused approach Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop insights Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At Apple, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
