Key Responsibilities Case Management: Own and manage assigned cases within the case management framework, ensuring thorough investigation and documentation. Evidence Collection and Analysis: Gather, review, and analyze electronic and physical evidence to support investigations. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including Corporate Security Experts, Internal Audit, Legal, Compliance, and Law Enforcement agencies to share information and coordinate efforts. Fraud Trend Analysis: Identify and analyze emerging trends and patterns in fraud schemes to inform business decisions and improve security measures. Reporting and Insights: Provide regular updates to business leaders on case status and develop insightful reports to support prosecution and recovery efforts. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Respond to requests from various business units, including e-commerce, customer care, and finance, to provide information and support investigations. Essential Qualifications 4+ years of experience in fraud investigation, law enforcement, or a related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and identify patterns. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas to diverse audiences. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with data analysis tools and techniques. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a remote team. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing complex investigations and teams. Certifications from reputable organizations, such as the International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators or the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners. Experience with e-commerce platforms, online payment systems, and digital forensic tools. Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies, including cryptocurrency and cybercrime. Strong understanding of investigative techniques, including data mining and financial analysis.
