You will be working collaboratively with all teams in Reveal to define and execute the roadmap for Farsight, Identifi, and our future products. ResponsibilitiesWrite clean, efficient code for realtime 3D graphics applicationsWrite and oversee code quality, test automation, development standards, and best practices, ensuring robust, clean, and maintainable codebasesWrite design documents for product features and application architectureCollaborate with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize frontend solutionsParticipate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team membersTroubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in production environmentsRequirements5+ years experience writing production codeExpert knowledge of the Unity game engineExpert knowledge of C# and the . NET ecosystem, including multithreading, large amounts of abstraction, memory management, unit testing, and performance optimizationExperience working with low-level 3D graphics pipelinesExperience with building cross-platform applications for desktop, mobile, and web using a variety of UI platformsStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a collaborative teamGame engine experience with Unity, Unreal, or Godot is preferredNice to HavesExperience building complex UI using MVVM principlesExperience working directly with low-level graphics pipelines (OpenGL, WebGL, Metal, Vulkan, etc.)Experience writing shaders (HLSL, GLSL, etc.)Experience developing and deploying distributed systems using ASP. NET, gRPC, and REST APIsXR/VR development experienceExperience working with BlazorCompensationSalary (~$140,000 - 165,000) + Equity Salary is determined by the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
