Job Code : EWC - 1523 Develop and implement a comprehensive channel sales strategy to achieve revenuetargets and market penetration. Identify and evaluate potential channel partners, including resellers, VARs, and systemintegrators, to build a strong and diverse partner ecosystem. Cultivate and manage relationships with existing channel partners, ensuring a high levelof partner satisfaction and engagement. Collaborate with partners to develop joint business plans, marketing strategies, andsales enablement programs. Lead and inspire a high-performance channel sales team, providing coaching, guidance,and support to achieve individual and team targets. Drive the sales process, from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring a consistent andefficient sales cycle. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunitiesto make informed decisions and adjustments to the channel sales strategy. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development,and customer success, to align channel strategies with overall business objectives Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness ofchannel sales initiatives. Provide regular reporting and analysis on channel What We Look For In You (i.e., Job Requirements) Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in channel sales, business development,or strategic partnerships. Proven track record of successfully building and managing channel sales programs in thesoftware development or IT services industry, Extensive experience in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategiesthrough channel partners. In-depth understanding of the software development and IT services industry, with afocus on offshore development models will be an advantage Familiarity with emerging trends, technologies, and competitive landscapes in thesoftware development space. Demonstrated leadership experience in managing high-performance channel sales. Proven ability to inspire and motivate Channel Partners to achieve and exceed salestargets. Strategic mindset with the ability to align channel sales initiatives with overall businessobjectives. Experience in crafting and executing channel sales strategies that drive revenue growthand market expansion. Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to cultivate and maintain effectivepartnerships with channel partners. Track record of successfully negotiating and closing complex partnership agreements. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complextechnical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
