Position Summary As a Customer Service Representative, you'll work remotely, providing telephone assistance to Aetna Medicaid members and providers. Your primary responsibilities will include: Answering inbound calls and responding to inquiries regarding benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and more Providing exceptional customer experiences, ensuring every caller receives personalized and efficient support Utilizing high-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable (Wi-Fi not permitted) Participating in a comprehensive training program (first 6 weeks) and ongoing development opportunities Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Representative, your key responsibilities will include: Responding to member and provider inquiries via telephone, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner Providing information on benefits, eligibility, services, prior authorization requirements, and other related topics Utilizing computer systems and software to access and update member information, ensuring accuracy and efficiency Collaborating with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service delivery and continuous improvement Maintaining a high level of productivity, meeting performance standards, attendance requirements, and call quality goals Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent GED Ability to communicate effectively with members and providers orally and in written form Strong customer service skills, with the ability to empathize with callers and provide personalized support Self-sufficiency and ability to work independently in a remote setting High-speed internet connectivity with secure service via ethernet cable Living within 50 miles of Princeton, NJ Preferred Qualifications: Experience working remotely in a call center setting Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs Previous experience in customer service or a related field What We Offer At CVS Health, we're committed to supporting our employees' growth and well-being.
