Job Summary We are looking for a seasoned finance professional with a passion for technology, manufacturing, and financial planning and analysis (FP&A). The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and articulate financial results and analytical insights to senior business and finance leaders. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing finances for government-funded programs, ensuring compliance with government accounting standards, and leveraging your project management skills to drive business objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and input proposals, work breakdown structures, and work package plans as the finance leader Manage, prepare, administer, and direct the control of the budget for large and complex programs Develop, implement, and report on key financial and operating metrics and performance indicators to measure overall business performance Perform analyses and reports to ensure contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters and government cost control guidelines Build and lead a team of exceptional talent, identifying, hiring, developing, and retaining top performers Engage with executive leadership, including finance and business VPs and directors, to provide strategic financial guidance and support Utilize project management skills to build new and improve existing processes, driving efficiency and effectiveness across the organization Essential Qualifications To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess the following essential qualifications: 12+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field Export Control Requirement: U. S. citizen or national, U. S. permanent resident, or lawfully admitted into the U.
