Key Responsibilities Managing visitor accommodations, including greeting and accommodating visitors, coordinating with appropriate personnel, and ensuring proper visitor information and security access. Maintaining office and conference room setups, including setting up workstations and conference rooms for visitors, and ensuring cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, conference rooms, and supply rooms. Ordering supplies, assisting with events, and handling administrative tasks such as filing and equipment maintenance. Assisting with conference room reservations and maintaining room reservation calendars. Placing catering orders for meetings, setting up food and beverage, and cleaning up after events. Assisting with technology needs in conference rooms, including setting up zoom meetings and a/v presentations. Creating guest Wi-Fi credentials and assisting with guest connectivity. Loading, running, and unloading dishwashers on a weekly basis and/or as often as needed. Correcting errors and organizing information in a manner that will optimize swift and accurate capturing. Creating accurate spreadsheets and entering and updating information into relevant databases. Ensuring data is backed up and informing relevant parties regarding errors encountered. Storing hard copies of data in an organized manner to optimize retrieval. Handling additional duties from time to time. Essential Qualifications High School Diploma required. Minimum of one (1) year of related work experience in hospitality and/or general office services responsibilities. Good command of English. Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to concentrate for lengthy periods and perform accurately with adequate speed. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a remote work environment. Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other productivity tools. Experience with data entry and management, including data analysis and reporting. Certification in office administration or a related field. Skills and Competencies Strong customer service skills and ability to adapt to changing procedures and environments. Proficiency in office equipment operation, including computers, printers, and telephones. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including ability to work effectively with colleagues and management. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
