Provide day-to-day support for Hyperion and Essbase applications. Troubleshoot, resolve issues, and manage system configurations for both Hyperion and Essbase. Perform routine system checks, monitor performance, and ensure system availability. Assist in the development, testing, and implementation of system updates or enhancements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integration and operations.
