Key Responsibilities Assess and assign open events, verifying proper authorization and assigning the nearest service provider to make requested repairs. Advise customers of estimated time of arrival and follow instructions per their requirements, ensuring timely and effective communication. Inform supervisors on duty of any delays or problems with repairs, working collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Work with New Call/Follow Up representatives to address problems as they arise, providing support and guidance as needed. Handle overflow of new inbound events, assisting with follow-up and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Assist New Call/Follow Up representatives as needed, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery. Perform other duties and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of education, experience, and skills that align with our requirements. The minimum qualifications for this position include: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong knowledge of dispatching, multitasking, and flexibility, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
