Inform supervisors on duty of any delays or problems with repairs, working collaboratively to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction. Work with New Call/Follow Up representatives to address problems as they arise, providing support and guidance as needed. Handle overflow of new inbound events, assisting with follow-up and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner. Perform other duties and projects as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
