Our Finance and Tax Team is responsible for the core financial processes and systems that run Wayfair, providing clear, accurate, and timely financial information to support our data-driven culture. We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our team and support our Lead Marketing and Operations Team in the US GAAP as well as accounting and reporting for a European company. About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Accountant who is willing to adapt and grow in their career, and able to work well with their immediate team and the financial organization as a whole. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of international finances and be familiar with the requirements of our PCGRs. They will also have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate effectively with different people and groups, and be capable of working with tight deadlines. Key Responsibilities Increase the process for companies, internal identity, and external ends; Promote the financial and management process; Prepare separation each month for financing and financial rules; Provide funding for regulations and other costs and exams and losses; Bring the analysis focusing on the current process and advancing constant improvement; Lead to improving the workplace; Participate in local plans, the region, and internationally, if necessary; Live others on the controlled change in ways of different Wayfair rights. About the Person Knowledge of international finances and information on the requirements of our PCGRs; Carefully includes financial management, such as SOX 404 rules; Strong interpersonal skills and an ability to prove to work and assign linked candidates; Good information and communication skills; empty English, write and speak; Capable of working with tight time; Evidence can work well in the rapid environment; Give good control and identify the large amount of information.
