Job Summary We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Outbound Call Center Agent to join our team. As an Outbound Call Center Agent, you'll be responsible for making 130-150 outbound calls daily to warm and new potential leads, scheduling appointments, and managing customer interactions using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Key Responsibilities Make 130-150 outbound calls daily to warm and new potential leads, using a call script to schedule appointments and drive conversions Collect, record, and accurately maintain pertinent consumer information using our CRM system Answer return inbound calls as needed after initial outbound contact, providing exceptional customer service and support Maintain quality service by following organizational standard operating procedures and meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly appointment (conversion) quotas Take inbound call overflow as needed to maintain overall Contact Center client service levels Develop basic industry knowledge and vernacular, including measures such as building a product knowledge base around various payroll, tax, and HR solutions offered by our company Demonstrate professional phone etiquette and courtesy when interfacing with clients and co-workers Perform other duties as assigned by management Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications 6+ months of established inside sales and Call Center experience Comfortable with making an average of up to 150 sales calls per day to cold and warm leads Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to manage time effectively while multitasking in a fast-paced environment Highly motivated with a willingness to be coached and develop new skills Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, with intermediate MS Word and Excel working knowledge Proficient order entry speed and accuracy High School diploma or equivalent required 6 months of CRM software experience required Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with payroll, tax, or HR solutions Advanced MS Word and Excel skills, with ability to learn new software applications quickly Experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment What We Offer At Greenshades Software, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth and development.
