Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems. Familiarity with ITIL principles and best practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. A+, Network+, or other relevant IT certifications are a plus.
