As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of Delta's onboard services. Key Responsibilities Execute a positive handoff with flying crews and conduct galley reviews during catering provisioning to mitigate missing item concerns/events. Support restocking of 'hold items' from a terminal access vantage to reduce conditions on truck dispatches. Act as a product and mileage SME for ATL catering details with Uncertainties and OBS. Track, pattern, and provide targeted 'shock and awe' for MI-19 patterns, objections, and flight crews. Support and participate in 'Catering Determination Rush' at Uncertainties Parlors for product, detail, and change management 'communication and feedback.' Effectively participate in Online Entertainment/SkyHub postings and advancements for ATL OBS Brand Building and Awareness. Perform quality control functions before delivery onboard. Work in a team environment and be flexible to perform various tasks as required by the functional workspace task. Practice safety-conscious behaviors and follow all COVID-19 health precautions in all operational processes and procedures. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. Valid driver's license. Ability to obtain and maintain an airport identification badge with a customs seal. Pass a comprehensive post-offer pre-employment personal background check, including fingerprinting and a criminal history record check required by government regulation. Pass a post-offer pre-employment drug test. Good oral and verbal communication skills and ability to understand detailed work instructions. Ability to work a fixed or rotating schedule including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to work in various environments, both inside and outside. Project a professional image. Ability to drive and safely operate a catering truck when required to service aircraft. Preferred Qualifications Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, team direction, and leadership abilities. Quality Assurance experience highly preferred. Strong PC skills preferred, with the ability to become familiar with e-door lattice systems and Delta's catering-related technology infrastructure.
