We are seeking an experienced Senior . NET Developer to join our dynamic development team as we rearchitect an existing portfolio of web applications into an integrated suite using modern architectural patterns. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-level applications using Microsoft . NET technologies. You will play a key role in architecting solutions, mentoring junior developers, and driving technical excellence across our software development lifecycle. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelopment & Technical LeadershipDesign, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using . NET Core/. NET FrameworkWrite clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practicesParticipate in architecture decisions and technical design reviewsImplement and maintain microservices architectures and distributed systemsOptimize application performance and troubleshoot complex technical issuesEnsure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviewsCollaboration & MentorshipCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and DevOpsMentor junior and mid-level developers on technical best practicesParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planningProvide technical guidance and support for complex problem-solvingContribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharingInnovation & Continuous ImprovementStay current with emerging technologies and industry trendsPropose and implement improvements to development processes and toolsEvaluate and integrate new technologies that enhance product capabilitiesContribute to technical standards and development guidelinesBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)5+ years of professional experience in .
