Incentive Payouts: 3 out of 4 of our hygienists earned an incentive payout, with an average monthly incentive of $2,000. Top 10% Earnings: The top 10% of our hygienists earned an average annual compensation of $128,000. Your Role as a Dental Hygienist at Aspen Dental As a Dental Hygienist with Aspen Dental, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the success of our practices. Here are your key responsibilities: Travel to Nearby Offices: Travel to nearby offices to support practice operations and provide patient care. Develop Patient Care Plans: Partner with doctors to develop patient care plans using the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) guidelines. Manage Your Schedule: Manage your schedule to allow for comprehensive patient care and education. Continuing Professional Development: Expand your knowledge and skills through structured continuing professional development. Collaborate with the Dental Team: Work collaboratively with other members of the dental team to provide exceptional patient care. Qualifications and Requirements To succeed as a Dental Hygienist with Aspen Dental, you'll need: Associate Degree or Higher in Dental Hygiene: An associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution. Active Dental Hygiene License: An active dental hygiene license in the state of practice. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients of all ages and backgrounds.
