We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Agent for our Live Chat team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service through real-time chat support. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping to resolve inquiries and issues efficiently while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat, ensuring a high level of service. • Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies. • Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and provide step-by-step solutions. • Record and maintain detailed logs of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our CRM system. • Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and escalate when necessary. • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily. • Continuously seek to improve the customer experience by gathering feedback and suggesting improvements. • Stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry trends to provide informed support. Qualifications: • High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus. • Proven experience in customer service, particularly in a live chat environment. • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling. • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first attitude. • Familiarity with CRM software and live chat tools is preferred. • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
