Your primary responsibility will be to provide inbound customer support, resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, and maintain a broad knowledge of our clients' products and services. Key Responsibilities: Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide, ensuring that all customer inquiries are addressed in a professional and timely manner Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, using your problem-solving skills and technical expertise to provide effective solutions Track, document, and retrieve information in databases, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues Maintain a broad knowledge of client products and/or services, including smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables, to provide expert advice and support to customers Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell relevant solutions Deliver expert customer experiences, ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service and support that meets their needs and exceeds their expectations Requirements To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess a strong focus on building customer relationships, with a minimum of 1+ year of customer service experience. You should also be comfortable working an evening or overnight schedule, with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Technical support experience is preferred, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
