About the Role As a Customer Service / Dispatcher, you will be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our customers and ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. This is a 24/7 operation, and we're looking for someone who can work a variable schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their problems Dispatch locksmiths to customer locations, ensuring prompt and efficient service delivery Manage and coordinate multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality Collaborate with internal teams, including locksmiths, management, and other customer service representatives Develop and maintain knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Provide exceptional customer experiences, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field; no experience necessary, we will train the right candidate Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to type 35+ words per minute Detail-oriented and organized, with strong problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment Availability to work a variable schedule, including evenings, overnights, and weekends Preferred Qualifications: Bi-lingual abilities (English and Spanish) Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools Knowledge of locksmith services and industry trends What We Offer Compensation and Benefits: We offer a competitive salary range of $10.00 - $10.75 per hour, depending on experience.
