About the Inside Sales Representative - Local Sales Role We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in selling advertising solutions to small and medium-sized businesses in the Erie, PA, and surrounding areas. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a portfolio of clients, and building strong relationships to meet or exceed sales targets. Key Responsibilities Drive Revenue Growth: Sell recruitment advertising and marketing solutions to small-to-midsize businesses in the Erie area, managing the entire sales process from prospecting to close using consultative methods. Prospecting and Client Acquisition: Actively pursue and secure new business through prospecting for new clients, uncovering client needs, and offering tailored solutions. Client Relationship Management: Grow existing client base and generate new revenue opportunities through client upsells and cross-sells, focusing on warm leads while prospecting for new business. Exceptional Client Experiences: Retain clients through delivering exceptional client experiences, setting up campaigns for success, and providing ongoing performance reporting. Sales Performance: Attain a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue goal monthly through a high level of daily business development activity and maintain a healthy pipeline. Salesforce Management: Record all activity in Salesforce to effectively manage the book of business and ensure seamless client management. Essential Qualifications and Skills To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing Communications, or a related field, or 2 years of sales experience. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted. Previous experience in the recruiting industry with B2B Cold Calling is a plus. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions in a clear and compelling manner. Proficient in MS Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. A proactive, results-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and a deep understanding of advertising solutions. Preferred Qualifications Experience in selling digital marketing solutions, including Social Media, SEO, SEM, OTT/CTV, Targeted Display, and digital jobs platforms. Knowledge of lead alert systems, engagement tools, and tracking mechanisms. Familiarity with comprehensive reporting tools and insights from emerging technologies.
