Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless introduction to CT Corporation's Business License Services for enterprise customers. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers and internal partners, providing expert guidance and support throughout the implementation process. Coordinate, organize, and direct the onboarding process, including managing the completion of work by other team members and teams. Handle risk and issue management, planning/resource scheduling, and scope management to ensure successful project delivery. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty. Participate in post-sales customer lifecycle management, including ongoing assistance, customer renewals, product improvements, up-selling, and cross-selling. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance customer experience. Essential Qualifications To be considered for this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications: A bachelor's degree in liberal arts, business, management, or a related discipline. A minimum of 3 years of experience in consultative customer service, account management, or project management. Legal authorization to work in the USA. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers, internal stakeholders, and partner representatives. Proficiency in MS Excel, with the ability to maintain complex spreadsheets. Preferred Qualifications While not mandatory, the following qualifications are highly desirable: 5+ years of experience in consultative customer service or account management. Demonstrated knowledge of CT business practices, processes, products, and services. Familiarity with process and project management standards. Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including government agencies, colleagues, and clients.
