As a Data Entry Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining regulatory compliance by investigating and communicating requirements. You will support the HR Compliance team and tasks with responsibilities to include acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters; maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U. S. Customs, and U. S. Postal Services; faxing/scanning U. S. Customs results; and database entry. You will have the opportunity to work on high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance. Collaborating with clients and the team consistently, you will review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse. Key Responsibilities: Support the HR Compliance team with tasks such as acquiring fingerprint/background investigation results and processing unique fingerprint clearance letters Maintain relationships with TSA, Airport Authority Boards, U. S. Customs, and U. S. Postal Services Process daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoot any database issues Plan and analyze HR Compliance data between different files, working closely with HRIS and EC system Collaborate with clients and the team consistently to review completed Fingerprint Applications and check for accuracy Conduct high-level investigations, custom reporting/dashboards, and standardize all data used for HR Compliance Essential and Preferred Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree Knowledge of Criminal History Records Check (CHRC) applications Access to the TSA Clearinghouse database Advanced Excel skills, including formatting, creating complex formulas, and Vlookup Advanced Access skills Ability to interpret large sets of data to develop meaningful reports Excellent problem-solving skills and strong organizational skills Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously Proven ability to conduct fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements Ability to instruct the specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results Preferred qualifications include experience in a similar role, knowledge of HR Compliance, and experience working with databases and data analysis tools.
