Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Disney products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers. Quality Assurance: Prioritize quality in all aspects of work, ensuring that each customer interaction reflects the high standards of the Disney brand. Flexible Availability: Adapt to varying work schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the operational needs of the contact center. Requirements Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a related field is a plus. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center environment.
