Job Summary As an Experienced Weekend Warehouse Associate – UPS Package Handler, you will be responsible for handling packages weighing up to 70 lbs, loading and unloading cargo from UPS trailers and trucks, and accurately segregating and categorizing parcels for timely delivery. You will work collaboratively with your colleagues to implement effective workflow systems, maintain safety standards, and ensure that packages are accurately sorted and delivered to their intended recipients. Key Responsibilities Ensure the safe and proper handling of packages weighing up to 70 lbs. Manage the duty of loading and unloading cargo from UPS trailers and trucks. Accurately segregate and categorize parcels to guarantee they pass through the appropriate distribution channel and reach their intended recipient. Cooperate with coworkers to implement effective workflow systems. Ensure that safety standards and protocols are maintained at all times. Qualifications and Experience To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and experience: Physical stamina to handle loads weighing up to 70 lbs. A valid Social Security number and work authorization from the U. S. government. A trustworthy and dependable approach to work.
