We are looking for a camera-ready Content Creator to join our team, playing a key role in our social media content efforts. This individual will collaborate with our performance marketing and creative strategy team to brainstorm, script, film, and edit engaging short-form, native video content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok. The ideal candidate is a natural storyteller with a strong on-camera presence, a deep understanding of social media trends, and hands-on iPhone video production experience. You love being in front of the camera, but you also thrive behind the scenes — coming up with ideas, editing footage, and analyzing performance metrics to refine your content. You’re part UGC talent, part creative strategist, and 100% passionate about creating content that resonates and drives purchases. What you’ll be doingAct as the on-camera talent in videos, embodying the brand’s voice and building a relatable, authentic connection with audiencesIdeate, script, film, and edit engaging short-form videos for social platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc), balancing both speed and quality of executionStay ahead of cultural and social media trends to bring fresh, relevant concepts to the tableCollaborate with the broader team to align content with performance marketing strategiesAnalyze content performance metrics to iterate on creative approaches and optimize future contentHelp develop an asset library of videos and photos that can be repurposed across marketing channelsWork with other influencers and UGC contributors to bring ideas to lifeQualifications1-2 years of experience creating and editing video content for social media (bonus if you’ve done it for a brand or for your own personal profile)Strong video editing skills using in-app tools like Capcut, TikTok, and Instagram video editorConfident and charismatic on camera, with experience speaking directly to the cameraA proactive, independent, go-getter attitudeDeep understanding of short-form content best practices, social algorithms, and trend cyclesStrong creative instincts and storytelling skillsAbility to move quickly and produce high-quality content with fast turnaround timesComfortable juggling multiple projects at once in a fast-paced environmentBonus: experience working with in-house performance marketing teams and familiarity with performance marketing platforms and metricsMust include a portfolio of work or social media handle to be consideredThe best companies are made of the best people.
