Your responsibilities will include ensuring that shelves are stocked with high-quality products, maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, and providing exceptional customer service to our members. Key Responsibilities Ensuring high-quality products are taken care of and available for our members Maintaining shelves, including cleaning, zoning, and stocking merchandise Providing exceptional customer service, including answering questions, locating products, and resolving issues Maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, including the freezer, cooler, and deli areas Operating, repairing, and sanitizing equipment, including forklifts and other machinery Following Company policies and procedures related to food handling, safety, and customer service Essential Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or food service environment Knowledge of food safety and handling procedures Ability to operate a forklift or other machinery Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Skills and Competencies Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Customer Service: Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities Career Growth Opportunities At Sam's Club, we are committed to the growth and development of our associates.
