Summary of Position:The Senior Client Success Manager is the primary contact and point of coordination between our attorney and law firm clients and our internal teams. You will communicate with clients about how their marketing campaigns are performing, while keeping an eye on their results using Google Analytics and our campaign performance dashboard. You will be managing multiple campaigns, so time management and attention to detail is an important part of the job. You will have an incredible support team behind you to help give you all the tools you need to succeed at the job. The primary goal of the Client Success team, and this position, is client retention. Position Responsibilities:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, facilitating clear and consistent communication between the client and the agencyEstablish strong working relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are understood and metFoster effective collaboration between the internal marketing and sales teams to address client inquiries, develop solutions, and deliver optimal marketing strategiesRegularly analyze and review client performance data using tools like Google Analytics to track and assess key metricsPrepare and present monthly analytics reports that provide actionable insights to clients, helping them understand their campaign results and areas for improvementCollaborate with both the marketing and sales teams to identify opportunities for improving client performanceProvide data-driven marketing recommendations and propose tailored solutions based on client goalsAdvise clients on the best marketing products and strategies to meet their business objectives, ensuring the right tools and approaches are utilized for their successBuild and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and account retentionProactively engage with clients to anticipate their needs and prevent potential issuesRequirementsMinimum Requirements:5+ years of hands-on Account Management/Client Success experience, preferably within a small to mid-sized legal marketing agencyBachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldExperience managing client relationships, delivering digital strategies, and working on performance-driven campaignsSolid digital marketing expertise with hands-on experience in areas such as SEO, paid media, social media, email marketing, or content marketing, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of the digital landscapeProficiency with Content Management Systems (CMS) like WordPress requiredKnowledge of website analytics, tracking tools, and performance optimization is a plusAbility to work in a collaborative environment and engage with cross-functional teamsA genuine passion for client success, with a focus on providing exceptional serviceThe base salary range for this opportunity is $65,000 - $75,000, along with a bonus incentive plan. This target compensation range is subject to multiple factors including role level, experience and location.
